On May 24, 2024, I have
participated the Ethics Matters in the Public Sector: Navigating the Challenges
on Ethics, Accountability, and Transparency hosted by Pangasinan State
University and their Speaker Atty. John Angel Bautista, and Judy Grace B.
Mecino via Zoom Meeting. For their topics are Basic Public Ethics in Workplace, Sexual
Harassment in the Workplace, and Ethical and Servant Leadership in Public Service

Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)
The seminar
highlighted the interconnectedness of ethical conduct, respect, and leadership
in fostering respectful workplaces. It emphasized the importance of these
aspects in an organization's identity and culture. Participants left with
practical tools to promote ethical behavior and leadership, encouraging them to
reflect on their actions and strive for servant
leadership. The seminar
underscored the significance of ethics in the workplace.

Reflections on possibilities on implementing some of the seminar input on a practical level (practical application
of learning)
The seminar on "Basic Public Ethics in the Workplace," "Sexual Harassment in the
Workplace," and "Ethical and Servant Leadership in Public
Service" provides practical strategies for implementing these concepts in the workplace. It emphasizes
creating an ethical culture through leadership, clear guidelines, training, and
open communication. Addressing sexual harassment requires comprehensive
policies, reporting mechanisms, and preventive training.

Positive feedback (on the event organization)
The event was expertly
organized. The interactive Q&A sessions, resources for more study, and
the way the topics were presented made for an enjoyable and enriching
experience. Well-managed technology, combined with excellent audio and video
quality, ensured a seamless and uninterrupted learning environment.
