Event Title: “REMOTE STAFF Inc.: Elevate IT Service Management in Our Corporate IT Webinar Series!”

 I. Details of the event/activity

 - The online webinar I went to was about "REMOTE STAFF Inc.: Day 1 - 3: Elevate IT Service Management in Our Corporate IT Webinar Series!" The principles of working in an IT company and the workflow environment are the main topics of this webinar, along with tips on how to create a simple workflow for myself. From September 27 to September 29, 2023, Remote Staff Inc. organized a 3-day webinar series using Zoom. The keynote speaker for the event will be MBA Mr. Malapad Alvin, Senior Manager, Desktop Support Operations at TTEC Philippines and an ITIL Certified and AOTMP Silver Certified professional. 


II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

 - My response to the event is intriguing in that it highlights how working for an IT company can be a fulfilling and difficult experience, and how it frequently involves a distinctive mix of opportunities and obligations. It provides a varied career path with room for both professional and personal development. The opportunity to be at the vanguard of technical developments and have a significant impact on the world may be immensely satisfying, even though it has its limitations. Following the webinar, there are games and quizzes with prizes. One of the games is roulette, where players spin the wheel to select names. On September 28, 2023, I was selected as the winner and was scheduled to receive the prize; however, as the prize was to be paid in GCASH, I missed the opportunity but there will be another chance.


 III. Reflections on possibilities on implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learning)

 - With ongoing learning, a variety of responsibilities, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, working for an IT company can be both lucrative and demanding. The quickpaced environment necessitates flexibility in response to shifting priorities and short deadlines. It's critical to strike a balance between work and life, especially when deadlines are pressing. Opportunities for career progression include learning new skills, taking on leadership roles, or obtaining more credentials. International initiatives and collaboration with coworkers from around the world are made possible by the multinational reach of IT firms. The sector thrives on creativity and innovation, enabling ground-breaking technologies and approachable user interfaces. Ethics-related issues, like data privacy and cybersecurity, are frequently discussed. Although job security is still secure, IT professionals must stay current on market trends and new technology to be competitive. The industry has had a considerable impact on contemporary society. Overall, a career in the IT industry offers a dynamic, ever-evolving route with room for both professional and personal development.


 IV. Positive feedback (on the event organization)

 - Overall, it was a great event, and I finally understand that this webinar is the key of the preparation working to other companies and corporations it may adjust your workflow, but once you mastered it, it will make you life easier than before.


 V. Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider for future activities

 - There is no comment in the activity, it was a good experience as a whole.

 I. Details of the event/activity We got the chance to take part in an electronics company tour at Wistron during this event. During the visit, we took part in a guided tour where we were given valuable insights into the company's operations and procedures. The corporate representatives gave us a thorough overview of Wistron's operations by walking us through numerous elements. II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings) We got really useful information about how to handle and repair electronics from the Wistron Company during our tour. We discovered throughout the tour how carefully they inspect and fix the things that are sent to them. The import and export of different electronic products, including laptops, cellphones, and monitors, is the area of expertise for Wistron Company.
